This week, we have been preparing for our Trojan Horse debate. We imagined that we were the people of Troy and were trying to decide what to do with the large wooden horse that had appeared outside ofour city. We were split into two teams and worked in groups to argue for or against letting the Trojan horse in. We wrote opening speeches and came up with a list of questions to challenge the opposing team.
We really enjoyed our debate and presented our arguments clearly and in detail. We listened to each other and responded well.
