What have Year 4 been up to this Spring term? Well, we certainly have been busy. From experiencing what it would be like to be a 1913 child at Beamish Museum, to experimenting with different states of matter at the Centre for Life. We have really stretched our brains and learnt some fantastic new information.  Furthermore, as a result of our brains being ready to explode with valuable information, we decided to visit Reception class and read some exciting texts to our younger class mates. The joint read was a beautiful experience for our children and Reception class enjoyed seeing us so much that they decided to write thank you notes to their older partners. I think class reading will be something we’ll be doing more often in future. Take a look at our wonderful video below to view the great fun we’ve had over the last few weeks.
