Over the last half term many of our children attended our cheerleading and rugby after school clubs. The children in Key Stage 1 and 2 have been learning many new skills such as endurance, teamwork, balance and strength. This half term was full of opportunities during the school day to stay fit and active but it was also extremely pleasing to see so many of our children staying fit and healthy after school hours. This is a great way to get the recommended daily 60 minutes of  moderate physical activity. Our clubs next term are multi-skills and football. There are spaces available for both clubs so get your reply slips in to come and join the fun!
