Today, we cooked our own Mayan tamales.

First, we washed our hands and then made a salsa out of tomatoes, onion, lime, peppers, garlic and coriander. We then grated cheese onto our wrap and topped the cheese with kidney beans. Next, we poured the salsa on top and finished off our tamale with cooked chicken. We wrapped our tamale and popped it into the oven to cook.

They tasted yummy!
