Year 1

Miss Megson, Mrs Lishman and Miss Gillespie

Welcome to year 1! Our teachers are Miss Megson, Mrs Lishman and Miss Gillespie. This term in year 1 we are studying our local area and identifying its physical and human features. We will also be learning about Florence Nightingale and the changes in nursing that the lady with the lamp brought. The children in our class will be having a workshop in school based around this theme and will be learning how to make portraits of Florence Nightingale and self portraits of themselves.
